REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Art work must be sent by tracked delivery in its original packaging, packed securely.

Commissioned pieces cannot be returned.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All artwork is sent in a secure hard backed package. Unfortunately I do not send framed pieces of artwork due to its fragility and increased risk of damage whilst in transit.

Shipping is included in the price. Items sent within the UK are sent by Royal Mail, signed for delivery.

Artwork sent to the rest of the world will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure. Duncan Park will inform the customer of the International postal rates and estimated delivery dates.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

It is the customers responsibility to pay all taxes and duties on items arriving from me in the UK.
